The AL808 IR is used in the temperature controlling; The MM440 frequency changer is used in alternating the AC motors' speed; OMRON C200-HG PLC uses in completing logic sequential control, the stretch synchronization control and the tensity control and so on.The stretching machine computer control system divides into the followingseveral modules:1. Temperature control module. Using the AL808 IR to change the PID parameters of heating system automatically based on the theory of the expert intelligence PID.2. Stretch synchronization module. Using the conventional PID control algorithm realizes two motors synchronization control. This system employs a high speed counter unit to get the stretching displacement error, which is used as the feedback of one of the motor.3. Pull controlling module. Using the simple localization function of MM440 frequency changer to realize the pull controlling.4. Tension control module. Through establishing the mathematical model and using the looper roll of frequency changer to solute tensity control.5. Ultra feeds module. Realizes this module through using the vector control function of frequency changer.6.Corresponding link and supervisory system.
