Based on IEC61850, the future uniform seal communication protocol system of the power system should be constituted. It is confirmed by IEC. Based on the standard the transmission method of sampled values of substation process level,the basic principle and the concrete transmission module are discussed in this dissertation.The configuration and mapping of the samped value transmission model, function model of the merging unit, are mainly discussed in the paper. The correlative experimentations have been done in the line protection and the transformer protection.In our design a scheme using Embedded Processor on FPGA is proposed. We take the MicroBlaze provided by Xilinx as embedded processor of our design, and the rest of the functional modules, which will implement the functions of synchronization, acquisition of Multi-channels and Ethernet, are implemented using Intellectual Property (IP) core. This method can fulfill the requirements of high-speed, real-time and reliability to electronic transducer.
