Torque, rotating speed and power measurement are fundamental to the designing, testing, quality checking and optimization controlling of all mechanical products. And, under various loads and working surrounding, torque measurement is the key method of study on rotating mechanical products.From the actualities of torque sensors developing at home and abroad, the present torque sensors usually have complex structures and are hard to make and fix, and it is still difficult to the torque measurement research about the high speed. This plan adopts to mode combined with grating and frequency conversion controller, based on Filed Programmable Gate Array and single-chip microprocessor, and realize non-contract torque measurement through grating sensor.About the new high-speed torque measurement system, the paper is structured as follows:1.
