Management And Processing Technology Of Production Process Mass Data And Its System

Process industry occupies dominant position in national economy. Along with the developments of technology, the throughput of the process industry is on the increasing. But the throughput's increase means the improvement of the information management technology. How to establishing and perfecting the production information management system of the enterprise, integrating and processing as well as applying the massive process parameters and production data effectively by using advanced computer and network technology, implementing the information interaction and data sharing between each department of the enterprise is, becomes an important problem which process industrial integrated automation is facing. Presently the enterprise urgently needs a unified data platform to integrate the data of various control systems.Therefore, research on production process real-time data management system and processing method of mass data has theory significance and the practical application value.Based on the analyzing present situation of process industrial integrated automation system and management technology of real-time data in production process, in this thesis, a new architecture of real-time data management system is presented, using multilayer C/S distributed architecture and modularized structure; a secondary compression of the mass data which based on the incremental swinging door compression algorithm and LZW compression algorithm is proposed; FCFS transaction schedules is applied in the database to realize the real-time transaction schedules of the mass data; combining with OPC standard and ADO.NET, a real-time data management is designed to realize the real-time and multi- resolution data access; according to the test, confirm the effectiveness of the method, and apply the system to the practical projects.Experimental results show that the mass real-time data management and processing technology can integrate heterogeneous real-time data and meet the demands of process industry, not only efficiently compress storage and real-time access the mass data, but also provide a multi- resolution data access and query, meanwhile, making the system have favorable reliability and expansibility. The real-time management system and the method of processing mass data which is proposed is provide an effective way to solve current problem of processing mass data in process industry.
