In recent years, along with the domestic and foreign digital technology constantlyraise the level of industrialization, machinery processing products and users of theproduct processing precision, processing efficiency requirements are also rising, butits equipment, technology investment cost control more stringent. Some cars, millingcomposite processing machine and combination type machine gradually appear on themarket, this kind of machine tool set a variety of processing technology in one,through the programmable logic controller and software of numerical control system,in accordance with the task to arbitrarily change the work order and drive systems, tomeet production process requirements and processing technical requirements, theclass of numerical control the system is characterized by compact, efficient product.However, this kind of machine tool and machine tool control system custom cycle isgenerally very difficult to effectively control, some customized successful system dueto too lean, fixed function, flexible enough, as the machine tool users on their ownproduct adjustment and system maintenance of a great deal of trouble.In the light of modern CNC industry flexible automation needs, this paperintroduces the design of a multi task multi axis and multi channel digital controlsystem. This system uses IPC (Inter-Process Communication, inter-processcommunication)+high performance embedded system architecture, combined withPC machine and make full use of the PC machine software and hardware technologyand the resources, improve the system of open; at the same time, the full and effectiveuse of high performance embedded system has reliability, applicability, adaptability,characterized by the sharing of resources, complete PLC and axis control task; tomake the system realize man-machine interface, PLC control, axis control, motioncontrol, task management task, achieve the expected design objective.This paper discusses the Windows operating system real-time performancelimitations, according to Windows weak real-time performance, strong real-timeextensions introduced RTX software, the kernel through real time extension, andanalyzes the architecture of RTX and RTX real-time performance test. Then, onmultiple channels and multiple tasking CNC system structure were studied, the designof a prototype system. The system is under the Windows embedded RTX systemenvironment and development, application of object-oriented program design method,using VC++6.0object-oriented programming language, the use of before and afterstructure mode, using multiple threads to achieve multiple task execution, by creatinga shared memory to achieve inter-process communication, realizes the basic functionof CNC machine tools. Secondly, the numerical control system the main module indetail design.
