The subject of the ATE for components of armored vehicles' air-compression system comes from Maintenance Revolution Project of Gentral Equipment Headquarters.This test system is designed for nine kinds of parts of the armored vehicles' air-compression system,which can detect the various performances of these parts.The nine kinds of parts are air compressor,pressure gauge,high pressure reducer valve,low pressure reducer valve,check valve ZQF-1,check valve YXF-I,electromagnetic valve,brake cylinder,surfboard operated cylinder,intake cylinder or filtrated air cleaner valve operated cylinder.The purpose is to test the parts under verification of the air-compression system,whether the performance parameters have a good characters and regulating requirements then put forward maintenance suggestion,in the prossess of usual repair and maintenance.This paper introduces the design and implementation of automatic test platform for parts of the armored vehicles' air-compression system. Focusing on this theme,the article analyzes test theory and methods, provises design scheme,hardware design and software programming optimization analysis are key issues.The purpose of the thesis is to study the wisdom of components' offline test technology and investigate the new method of components' maintenance.First,the article discusses the working principle of armored vehicles' air-compression system and its components,analises test items,determines the test standards.Test theories and data processing methods of each component are described.Total designing scheme is provided based on above mentioned.Since then,the paper describes in detail the software and hardware design with the automatic test platform for armored vehicles' air-compression system.It introduces the construct of test system,the selection of multifunction data acquisition card and I/O card based on the PCI bus,and the design of relay module in part of hardware design.It is focused on various definitions between the computer hardware testing system and the interface.The software platform uses VC++,which is an object-oriented development tools and rapid application designation for visualization.There is discussing the design and implementation method of each unit module program,how the various functional testing system realizes.It also explains the software engineer thinking and object-oriented software designing methods in the design of the testing system software.Finally,the automatic test platform is debugged according to test outline and experimented strictly.The result shows that the testing system meets the testing standard,and the testing method has reached the anticipative aim and requirement.The current testing system has been developed and put into working. The main tecknological innovations are as follows.The testing system is a performance test platform of multi-components based on autocontrol technology and sensor technology.Design electric unit,electrical control unit and data collecting with core of industrial control computer.Design the test contents,test standard and test flow for nine kinds of components, package hardware driver and test flow in the software module.Develop a user interface with operation wizard and test information showed automaticly.
