Fuzzy controller is widely used for industry control system by its merits, such as, simple structure, strong robust, no mathematics model of the controlled object, fast response and so on. Whereas, the general fuzzy controller has some shortcoming also, for example, no high precision guaranteed, there being static error, 'an adjusting dead range' etc. This paper studied Fuzzy-PID control strategy through improving on common fuzzy controller and combining fuzzy control and traditional PID control, and applied it in the YH40-160 straightening machine hydraulic press servo control system. Finally , it has conducted the simulation research and experiment demonstrating to the control system and has obtained the satisfying effect . The simulation and experiment result indicated that, this control algorithm has improved straightening machine dynamic capability, and reduced Hydraulic Press jar superscale.The main contents are as follows:1. Demonstrate the feasibility and excellence of the Fuzzy-PID control arithmetic from theory through studying fuzzy controller theory basic.2. Under the research and analysis of straightening machine tool's working properties and demand, the mathematic model of control system is established.3. According to the specialist's knowledge and skilled workmen experience on this field, fuzzy control regulars of Fuzzy-PID control system are found. Based on prevalent analysis tool MATLAB of control system, the computer model is established. And simulation experiments are carried out on the SIMULINK.4. Discuss and analyze many methods of fuzzy-precision about Fuzzy-PID controller's entering, Which influenced the performance of the controller, In the end, the related conclusions are demonstrated by the examinations...
