Forging occupied a pivotal position in industrial production, is one of the basis progress of the machine manufacturing industry. Along with iron and steel, automobile, chemical, electric power, aerospace and other industries developed rapidly, forging occupied a more important role in the national economy and national security. The capacity and quality of Large forging productions are one of the important symbols to measure a country's level of industrial development. Countries in the world, both developed and developing countries have attached great importance to the development of the free forging hydraulic machine.As the rapid development of economic construction, In particular, the need of defense industry and heavy industry development, and large scale or very large forgings market demand growing. so, Large and very large free forging equipment needs are pressing.This paper mainly under the control of the PLC-controlled hydraulic pump system by adjusting the pump output flow changes in order to approximately as the sine curve, in order to reach the entire state of hydraulic machines work similar to the sine curve, which reflected beams in the activities of the velocity change on.This paper first introduces the characteristics and requirements of the servo system and analysis of its development. Then describes the electro-hydraulic servo system how to be used in the hydraulic system and introduce the entire press of the electrical control system and several types of electrical control.Second, we introduces the work characteristics of forging hydraulic press.In this part, We introduce the two common types of hydraulic control system-direct drive pumps and pump control-Transmission Control Accumulator andanalyze the two control methods in energy efficiency. According to parameters of the rigid aspects of requirements, we chose the company's high-pressure Panke Radial Piston pump as the main control pump, and we analyze its performance. through the analysis and mathematical modeling simulation to the Dynamic performance of the piston, we obtained in the closed-loop servo system under the control of the output flow rate curve is similar to the sine curve. in the presentation of The press working order, we have calculated the different conditions of its maximum flow rate which the press needs.In the last chapter, Secondly, we just had the hydraulic mathematical modeling, according to analysis of the previous chapter we have come to the hydraulic system control block diagram. Thirdly,we selecte the right electrical components required for all hydraulic system, sensors and each module in the PLC we required in electrical control system and describes the working status of the various electrical components during the work of the hydraulic system.Finally, there is a summary and outlook for this article. In addition, we analyze the deficiencies in the research process and have yet to be resolved later.
