Shaft parts and components, which play important parts in mechanical devices, are widely bended and deformed during manufacturing. So shaft parts must be precise straightened in order to ensure their qualities. The following is the main content of this paper.1. Based on previous research and papers, this dissertation builds up a method of precise straightening and designs the work flow of YH40-10 CNC precise straightening machine.2. Designed system architecture, hardware and software control, data input and output channels, real-time control programs and the structure of software modules of the CNC system of YH40-10 CNC precise straightening machine. Studied detection theory, data processing module and hardware structure of precise straightening machine's detection system.3. Researched the control system principle and the hardware structure of the hydraulic-servo system of precise straightening machine. analyzed the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system, based on which the fuzzy adaptive PID controller tuning is designed. Studied and analyzed the control effects of fuzzy adaptive PID controller tuning through test. Finally, the solution of zero-drift problem is established.
