In sports, the game of normative and fairness of the outcome more and more people’s attention and attention. How to improve the game fair and equitable, reducing manual intervention, to avoid human error has been a major problem. At present, the working methods lap record at the track roughly divided into: artificial timing, the timing of the optical and radio frequency identification timing. Most informal competition still using the traditional manual counting method, which in practical applications, human operational factors relatively large, prone to errors in the work, irreparable damage to the athlete; the emergence of optical electronic devices, make up the artificial timing Some mistakes problem, and to some extent improved the accuracy of the game, but the human operator factors still exist. RFID-based timing system to track the timing mode instead of doing so diameter plug timing automation. Minimize manual intervention to determine the game’s fairness and impartiality. Not only greatly enhance the level of track and field events, but also to accelerate the scientific and sports competition, standardization process.In this paper, radio frequency identification technology(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID), wireless sensor network technology(Wireless Sensors Network, WSN), communications technology and database technology, design and research a wireless active electronic tags track timing system. The system is compared with the traditional timing system, and achieving a meter lap time in the stadium inside diameter of the race.The main results of the work are:(1) the binary tree search algorithm and ALOHA algorithm for two kinds of RFID anti collision algorithm for a more in-depth study, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm.(2) for dynamic slotted ALOHA algorithm in the process of tag identification repeated collision caused the problem of low throughput, to improve the dynamic slot Aloha algorithm, in after the end of every RFID reader circulation cycle identification, a new revision of time slot number m values, to effectively reduce the total time slot, the objective algorithm identification tag time decreases, and ultimately to increase the system throughput. Through simulation, the improved dynamic time slot ALOHA algorithm is better than the original dynamic time slot ALOHA algorithm in the performance and efficiency..(3) combined with RFID and WSN respective advantages, design and research the set athlete registration, athletes and the performance management of the athletes and module on one track timing system, the system can better achieve the timing of movement inside the game.
