The Design And Implementation Of Workflow Engine For BPEL

The Work flow technology originated from the field of production process and office automation. As the new developing direction, it is concerned by more people. Since Workflow Management Coalition was setup. It commits to the standardization work. From then on, Workflow technology research and the development of related products to enter the prosperous, and a lot of new technology has been integrated in, document management systems, databases, e-mail, mobile computing and Internet services are to accommodate Workflow Management System. In accordance with the development of standards for Workflow, the key is pure Extensible Markup Language and Web Services technology two categories.As one of the criteria based on Web Service, Business Process Execution Language for Web Service Version 2.0 describes how to process the input messages in the way of a new kind of program language controlling varies of Web Service and using Simple Object Access Protocol to format the message in the form of XML. Some information system can expose their function or some data in the standard forms to provide to other parties through the Web Service.The research is based on a project called "CHEC Enterprise Information Portal". This system is used for OA system's information collecting, analyzing and integrating the original system. Between varieties different systems, some operation, for example, the forms filling and proposing, are easy to be done. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the workflow technology, some products of workflow and the research status quo at home and abroad. Secondly, this thesis describes some basic concepts of the work flow, the theoretical basis, the reference standard workflow model, the relevant norms and related technology and other knowledge. At last, according the project needs, I design and implement a lightweight workflow engine that supports human tasks. And through testing, this engine has been deployed on the enterprise portal.
