The goal of a railway system is to achieve a defined level of rail traffic in a given time, safety. Railway signal control system a necessary part of railway system for this goal. Railway signal control system has a characteristic of a system's long term and continues operation. It takes on importance responsibility for life and belongings. So it must have high Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS). These requirements are impossible achieved If use a single machine, because it has a lot of complex interaction between RAMS elements, reliability, availability, maintainability and safety, in the context of railway systems.We need Build a Multicomputer through technologic method include Diagnostics; verify; redundancy etc. to achieve all high Performance requirements.Safe-load computer unit is the core unit of system, failure of this unit will be vital. Multicomputer base structure of two out of three or structure of 2*2 out of 2 is popular system structure in the country and international. this clause introduces analyse reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of maturity hardware redundancy system base on structure of 2 * 2 out of 2 designed by hollysys. Design and implement a high reliability and high safety software platform independent of application. Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of this dissertation describing particular RASM analyse and system structure of embedded multicomputer.Safety software platform(SSP) is base on hardware of structure of 2 * 2 out of 2 and board support package(BSP). It is provided with transplantable revisability maintainability safety availability. It provide software service independent of hardware for application Through function breakdown structure, Software includes six parts: initialization; cycle control; in synchronization; out synchronization; interface; self diagnosis. Preliminary design. Chapter 2, 3, 4 of this dissertation describing particular software structure of SSP, key data structure and preliminary designDevelopment of software keeps to waterfall mode according as request of EN-50128:2001 Railway applications - Communications, signalling and processing systems - Software for railway control and protection systems. Software development step include analyse design implement, and through testing, complete goal of system.The development of SSP is a part of development of HVI Interlocking System.
