Value-added services of China Unicom develop very quickly, the appearance of every new service should need an independent system because of the restriction. The unitive system layout is implemented for resolving the problems brought by services' developing vertically. The Value-added service platform (VASP) is the core of the value-added services, controls and manages various value-added services. VASP supports the network including GSM/GPRS, CDMA1X/HRPD and intending 3G standards. VASP provides interfaces to SP/CP based on unitive and open interfaces of Parlay API, Parlay X API/Web Service. Business Support System (BSS) supports marketable operation, client service and so on.Business & Operation Support System is an integrated business operation and management platform which integrates Business Support System and Operation Support System. Telecommunication charging system is the core model of BSS/OSS, the one of core competition technologies. The appearance of new business pattern brings much challenge. This thesis is based on the project, "design and implementation of PRM system". It marks out the value-added services platform and the business support system by the numbers (customer relationship management system, partner relationship management system and operation analysis system), resolves problems because value-added services develop perpendicularly and can't integrate. PRM as the one of the most important model in the BOSS system, its main functions including following ten parts: partner relationship service, service management, partner relationship management, product test& sanction management, billing collection, accounting, balance, formula management, statistic report and system management.At the beginning of this thesis, the background and actuality of china Unicom value-added services support are introduced. Then the architecture of BOSS which resolves problems brought by value-added services developing perpendicularly and the models of PRM system which is the important part of BOSS described in detail. The charging model is the core one of the PRM, The thesis described the programming design particularly, And the testing method and the running example are given. At last, online charging project for the value-added services which support by intelligent network is given.The advantages of The PRM are flexibility, adaptability, stability. The system will be applied commercially soon.
