Design And Implementation Of Property Fee Management System In Zhengzhou Dihu Garden

With the continously development of intelligent community, it brings more and more requirements to property fee management system. Traditional property fee management system is unable to meet these requirements any more. Therefore, how to integrate the property fee management system with other sub systems of the community through Internet, and make the system work through the Internet way, is an important issue we need to study.Based on the manual property fee management system of Zhengzhou Dihu Garden, and the analysis of its working process, the functional architecture of the property fee management system is designed with B/S software development technology, and implemented with Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2000. This paper describes the details of system analysis, system function, and database application, introduces the configuration of development environment, system components, and codes in the round, and summarizes all the valuable experience and gains from the project.Under the two tutors' guidance and help, Zhengzhou Dihu Garden property fee management system is independently designed depending on a lot of reference books and journals. It is a successful project, which acquires many beneficial feedback and new requirements from people who has utilized the system. While the system becomes more sophisticated, it might compare with the effect of the enterprise ERP System. It is a valuable reference model for all the other communities to build their own highly efficient property fee management system.
