Design And Implementation For Synchronous System In CRM

In the process of information system construction of enterprises, because of the different phase and time of each of the business systems and data management systems construction, enterprises have accumulated a lot of logic data stored in different format. From simple flat file data source to complicated distributed database, these entire data source formed the different structure of data sources. Although these different management systems can meet the requirement of certain business logic, in many cases, it is very difficult to make a decision based on these distributed data in different format. That's the reason why we need a powerful distributed system that integrates all of the other data sources together.Pfizer CRM System, a united information channel of Pfizer, provides the united office platform, Single Sign-On, united interfaces to users and allows them to access data in the company. That means communicating the legacy systems and getting the in credential data from them will be the most basic and most important work. Because I took the responsibility of this data synchronization part in the project, in the chapter 1 I introduce the background of this project. In the chapter 2 I introduce the technical of CRM, Chapter 3 introduces the relate tech just like MDM, ETL, and DTS. Chapter 4 introduces the requirement and the structure design. Chapter 5 shows the detail of the implement. Chapter 6 summarizes all the work.
