With the fast development of Cable TV recent years , the cover scope ofthe Cable TV network is increasing quickly day by day ,and so is the sameabout its users. However ,at the same time, it becomes more and more difficultto charge for the service. Usually ,the network companies have to send staffsto visit the charge, consuming massive manpower and financial resources , butwith few gians . According to statistics, the Cable TV charge rate in manylocal network companies is generally lower than 70% . Thus, the reception ofCable TV chargement massively drains ,which , in a large extent , restricts thenetwork company's development. The reason for this aspect is that thenetwork compaies do not have a suitable method to take control of the users'TV signal easily and reliably.In view of the above question ,this article has designed a set ofaddressable management system for the Cable TV chargement. Aftermulti-analysis of the network company's service damand , we compiled amanagement software using Power Builders. We use the standard Windowswindow as our contact surface, which is functional and easy to operate. And atthe same time , we designed and realized the four hardware modules : themodulator ,the controller , the intelligence branch implement and the writecode implement. Among them , the Modulator, the Controller and the writecode implement are newly designed according to the system function. And theIntelligent Branch implement is redesigned on the base of the original Branch,what is more , the singlechip circuit control has been used in the IntelligentBranh , which can respond to the instruction from the front, then decidewhether to add harassment or not to each output port. When we redesigned theIntelligent Branch, besides taking full consider of the bulk factor, designedthe electric circuit reasonally, and manufactured them as two-side circuitboard, which together made the volume of the Intelligent Branch completelythe same to the ordinary one .If this management system is used in the Cable TV network , throughaddressing ,we can find any user's branch and its port, and then we can addharasses or solution to harasses to the user. Through this method , we canreplace the passive charge with initiative charge . In the past , we would visit the charge, but now , what we need is only to add harasses to the terminal portof the user who does not pay ,to make him unable to receive the nomaltelevision signals , then he will initiatively go to the network to pay for hischarges, unless he stops watching TV forever. From this , we can not onlysave massive manpower and financial resources for the network companies,but also create huge economic efficiency , 20% increase for the network'sbenefit conservatively . Moreover , the transfromation and construction of thissystem do not need to change the original network architecture, therefore theconstruction quantity is small , the operating charges is extremely low, and itdoes not effect the users'nomal use.At present , this topic has only designed and realized the four branches,leaving two branches and three branches undesigned because of time intense,but they are the next work we will do quickly . Moreover , in recent years ,ourcountry has also carried on some attempts on the digital television aspect ,andthe Cable TV will carry on the digitalized transformation gradually . Thefollowing reaserch point of our topic is to communicate with the top box ofthe television, aiming to realize the bidirectional datatransmission for theCable TV network, so as to make some explorations in the televisioninteraction aspect.
