Preliminary Study On Integration Management Of Archive Information Resources

With the development of information technology, the electronic document and other new documents are attacking the traditional theory and method of archives management. Although it has rich archive information resources in our country, the archives'availability is low. The dispersion management is a vital reason that caused the low availability. It is a exploring positively topic in archive department that how to adapt to the development of the information society, manage the new documents such as the electronic document scientifically and change the present situation of archives'low availability. In this paper, the author attempts to draw a new management thought --- the integration management, thinking with the actual work of archives, proposing archive information resources integration management.On the basis of integration management theory, this article defines the concept of archive information resources integration management, discusses the object, the target, types,analyzes the necessity and environmental factors of archive information resources integration management.In addition, the author analyzes and thinks the reform of archives management pattern in He County of Anhui Province, researches the problems and the deep causes of this reform, thinks the problems that we will meet and need to revolve in the future. Finally, the author thinks that it will produce influences possibly when implements archive information resource integration management.
