With the development of oil drilling industry,especially 9000m and 12000m drilling rigs being widely used,more and more requirement about rdiability and stability will be put forward for the power source of oil drilling industry.Movable power station is the power source of oil drilling industry,and its realization of integrated control system becomes an important researching direction.Movable power station is mainly composed of diesel generator sets.Due to the capacity of single diesel generator set cannot satisfy with the dynamic needs of the whole oil drilling technology,and considering the factor such as redundancy design of power system,size, weight and spare parts of single set etc.,therefore several same type and small capacity diesel generator sets must be paralleled or isolated on the basis of real loads.After paralleling of several diesel generator sets,it is importance for the equalization of the active power and reactive power.Based on the principle of power control of diesel generator set and the algorithm of MIMO fuzzy control,the closed-loop control structure of power sharing fuzzy control are deducted in order to realize constant frequency,constant voltage,and power sharing control among paralleling diesel generator sets.Power sharing control is the core of the integrated control system of movable power station.The control system of power sharing based on speed control system and excitation control system of single diesel generator set added power sharing fuzzy controller as peripheral control link.The difference value between power measurement of different diesel sets become as the input of fuzzy controller,and fuzzy control roles are designed by experience,then the outputs which adjust the setting value as control bias are deducted by inference machine and defuzzy interface.Due to the inputs of fuzzy controller is power difference of paralleling diesel generator sets,the power sharing control is coordination control among diesel generator sets.The realization of power sharing fuzzy controller is based on method of software fuzzy inference in the integrated automation system(PLC+IPC).A C language function about the fuzzy control algorithm was written in the software MATLAB,and then was packaged in the dynamic link library which would have been called by software WinCC.The output of fuzzy controller will drive relevant actuators by the communication with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, and then the online fuzzy control of power sharing would be realized.The integrated control system of movable power station has been applied in the Zhongyuan 70D electric drives control system of oil drilling rigs,and the function of automatic synchronization,separation and power sharing,even the detection and protection of the control system ware realized.Finally,through the experiments and analysis about several typical conditions during drilling by oil drilling figs,the results indicate that the design requirement of the integrated control system of movable power station is reached,and provides a foundation for widely used from now on.
