With the rapid development of wireless broadband,3GPP has established LTE(Long Term Evolution)as the standard of fourth-generation mobile communication technology.At present,LTE networks has been carried out in our country construction in full swing,and the number of users is gr owing rapidly,and the users are able to enjoy the fun of in the high speed experience,for example,HD videos and other value-added business are also developing rapidly.LTE uses a number of key technologies,including power controls.As the increase of the number of base stations,the stations becomes more and more intense.In large and medium-sized cities,outdoor base stations have been narrowed to around 500 m,and the network interference level rises.Therefore,more reasonable power control strategy are needed to reduce the interference of the network level,and ensure the reasonable power utilization ratio,and thus to improve the downlink throughput and the user experience.This paper mainly studies on the LTE power control technology and its parameter optimization problem.Analysis has been done which related to the power control technology of present domestic and foreign researches,as well as the characteristics of these techniques,advantages,and their disadvantages in all kinds of the applications.Based on current LTE network architecture and its index system,this paper introduces the Physical Downlink Shared Channel(PDSCH)power control parameters in detail.According to different power parameter set and operation,we obtain sets of the power utilization under different parameter.Then,this paper carries on the simulation experiment and studies the influence of each set of power parameter on coverage,interference,and rate of the current network.And we studied and compared them.Through the introduction of the basic situation of Harbin LTE and EPC,this paper selected the Harbin bases station in the area to handle with the modification of parameters of base station in this region,where power control parameters are modified.The modification are done according to the standard Drive Test(DT),and calculated at a fixed reference signal(RS),fixed power offset PA,and alterable power offset PB,under which condition of different settings,the trends of coverage,interference,and rate are obtained.The trends of coverage,interference,and rate are also obtained under the fixed RS,fixed PB,and alterable PA.The test process also evaluates the key index changes of the background synchronous monitoring.Finally,a certain indoor distribution scene was selected and tested,and the change of coverage,interference and rate are obtained as the modification of the power control parameter groups.This paper focuses on the effects of different power control parameter groups on the current network under different scenarios,and gives the test results with high reliability.The test results show that the power parameter groups under different load and scene conditions of the network are of important reference in practice.
