The Key Technologies Research Of Modular Product Platform For Mountain Agricultural Machinery

Nowadays,the country gradually pay attention to the development of agricultural mechanization,then the development of agricultural mechanization gradually ushered in a climax.However,due to the agricultural machinery's wide variety and long design cycle,it has a limited development speed.We can adopting the idea of modular design to achieve our target.It can through information modeling to agricultural machinery products to completing the module partition and similarity calculation of agricultural machinery products.Then setting up the modular product platform of agricultural machinery products,it can laying the foundation for realizing the module combination of agricultural machinery.Finally,we can realizing the rapid design of agricultural machinery,multi-functional design and even innovative design.The thesis establishes a modular product platform for mountainous agricultural machinery through the research on the key technology of modular product platform.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Part information modeling of mountainous agricultural machinery.And the design of part coding mode is also given.Thus,the basic work is done for building the modular product platform of mountainous agricultural machinery in mountainous area.(2)The correlation degree of mountainous agricultural machinery parts in mountainous area is calculated,and the DSM(design structure matrix)of the parts is obtained.It using different algorithms to modularize DSM.Then the module partition of mountainous agricultural machinery product is realized,and it has provided sustain for the modular product platform of mountainous agricultural machinery.(3)The thesis has calculated the similarity of mountainous agricultural machinery module,and get the result of similarity calculation of mountainous agricultural machinery module,and evaluate the result of module similarity.So,it reducing the redundant modules in the modular product platform of mountainous agricultural machinery in the producing area,and leaving a better design for the product platform.More reasonable modules provide a better choice for the module combination configuration of mountainous agricultural machinery products in the later stage.(4)By designing the prototype interface,the operation flow of the above key technologies of the modular product platform for mountainous agricultural machinery is presented.It realized the preliminary application of modular design of mountainous agricultural machinery.It also provides a good design reference for the later prototype system development.In summary,the thesis through research the key technologies of the modular product platform for mountainous agricultural machinery,made sufficient preparations for the rapid design,multi-function design and even innovative design of mountainous agricultural machinery.Furthermore,it can achieve the orderly management of agricultural machinery products.
