The Research Of Heterogeneous Data Source Integration Technology In E-Government

It is an inevitable trend of the development of information society that implementation of Electronic Government, reform and optimization of histology and work flow of governments, establishment of a rightsizing, efficient, incorruptible and fair government. In the process of implementation of Electronic Government in our country, for the reason of different enterprises and government departments information systems developed in different stage, there existed a lot of totally independent application system which have been formed many heterogeneous data source. These enterprises and government departments urgently need to integrate these independent application systems in order to realize information sharing. This makes heterogeneous data source integration in E-Government become a current important research subject.XML is an extensible markup language, it describes data with the form that has nothing to do with the platform, language and protocol, and its self-describing makes it suitable for data interchange between different applications. XML offered an effective way to solve the problem of interchanging data between heterogeneous data source. Middleware is a class of software which is between application software and OS. It shields the complexity of OS so the developers may face simple and standard developing environment. It reduces the programming complexity. JAVA Message Service has peculiar platform independence of Java. It adopts the asynchronous mechanism to deal with distributed application, can very easily realize the loose coupling between the business systems, and can realize reliable and stalwart message transmission through the service provider of message. JMS have met the need of the mutual behavior of the heterogeneous platform under the distributed environment.The thesis analyses domestic and foreign research status and the existing problems on heterogeneous database's integration firstly. It introduces XML, Middleware and JMS, analyses their teleology advantages in data integration, programming and communication between heterogeneous databases. And then it proposes an integrated platform model of heterogeneous database based on message-oriented middleware and XML by the analysis of the goal and existing problem of integration of heterogeneous database. It solves the mode and format of transmission, the way of visiting database and distilling changed data in data communication of different platform and different databases. It realizes this model system through realizing key technologies, and applies this model system to "digital park" E-Government System to get the anticipated purpose. Finally, the thesis makes a sum-up and points out some things to be perfected in the future.
