Water saving irrigation could irrigate scientifically through the right time and quantity to cater the requirements of water demanding under the different growing period of crop which could raise the production of crop, improve the quality of agricultural products and enhance output and incomes. At present, the proportion of water for agricultural in China is from more than 80 percent cut down to about 70 percent, and it will continue to decline, the situation of agricultural drought and water shortage is now irreversible.Under such circumstances, make irrigation development to cater the needing of agricultural growth, besides accelerate the building of water conservancy facilities and improve supply capacity of water constantly, the most effective way is to rapidly develop water saving irrigation technologies, conserve and make good use of existing water resources, excavation the potential of existing water resource efficiently to increase the utilization of water effectively. Therefore, whether the needing on the condition of water resources, population and the development of economy and society or China's reform and 10 years- opening up of practice and experience in the development of advanced countries, the resolution of China's agricultural drought and water shortage and future sustainable development of the fundamental problem of water supply will attribute to water saving, it is an event which have strategic significance.In water saving irrigation systems, uniformity of irrigation is important to measure the specification of water quality, which directly reflects the warrant degree of the water requi- rement for crop, only the water was uniform completely supplied by the system, can every stock of crop obtain the same water, fertilizers and pesticides in the district of irrigation. thus to bring into full play the advantage of project by the whole system of irrigation . In fact, it is impossible to uniform completely supply the water, but we must to do is to make the design and management of project to enable the supply of water close to uniform.It is difficult to ensure the uniformity of irrigation in the drip irrigate band by the manual adjustment of ball valve and the original common T-tube in the design of channel at the present drip irrigate system .And to adjust the quantity of water in the field is needed to adjust ball valve by people, with complicated operation and heavy workload. thereby we developed a steady flow T-tube emitters ,redeem the shortcomings of the original system, it could be ensure the uniformity of irrigation and the safety, reliability of system, enhance the utilization rate of water more efficiently, make the precision agriculture come true in really sense.According to the analysis of congener products at home and abroad, to quote the domestic and foreign technology of advanced rapid development about mold, use the large-scale 3D software design, to process a new type of a steady flow T-tube, both steady flow T-tube and the rush flow pressure compensational drip irrigate tube are basically same , the later one has a extent working pressure range, 50-500 Kpa; it have strong pressure compensational performance, compared with slit edge and maze-drip irrigate tube and embed- drip irrigate tube, it has stronger climbing ability , can be widely applied in the desert, slopes, hills which are large gradient and not evenness. Consist of three parts- cavity, basal seat, valve core. To be provided with anti-clogging, adjust fluence and other functions is a special drip irrigation product for orchard grass industry . Steady Flow T-tube also using silica gel compensate slice to compensate the end pressure of irrigation systems which consist of Shell, shoring forks, silica gel valve core, salad head. Both could serve as a connector and can ensure the stability of into water by capillary which is one of the essential components to improve the irrigation uniformity of whole irrigation system. After use the capillary steady flow T-tube, whether the branch tube along measure working how to changes in working pressure, could ensure the relatively stable of distribute fluence in capillary within a normal design range, thereby the security and irrigation uniformity of system are enhanced.
