Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is located in arid and semi-arid areas,highlighting the contradiction between water supply and demand.The development of water-saving irrigation technology put forward higher requirements.,soil moisture,crop growth environment temperature?humidity?solder valve switch state.The other parameters of timely accurate collection?transmission and storage for the development of water conservation irrigation automatic control decision is extremely important.In this paper,the development status of water saving irrigation automation control system in Xinjiang area is studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of relevant literatures,the demand of field information collection for water saving irrigation automation control system is carried out by GSM SMS communication Program design,to determine the collector with soil moisture,temperature,solenoid valve switch status and other information collection,transmission and storage,and solenoid valve opening and closing control functions.The data acquisition device uses low power consumption CY8C29466 microprocessor controller as the core,in the PSoc Designer development environment,the use of C language to complete the main program,communication module MC37ir3 received "open: 1.1" SMS,enter the control solenoid valve to open the interrupt program,The microcontroller will control the instructions sent to the drive circuit board P89LPC934 microcontroller,P89LPC934 in the corresponding open solenoid valve pin output high,activate the drive circuit of the boost module to drive the electromagnetic head to open the solenoid valve to provide voltage,solenoid valve open The When the flow through the solenoid valve pressure is greater than 0.03 Mpa,the water flow will push the valve position sensor fan-shaped action mechanism,the valve position sensor action changes will be micro-controller feedback signal acquisition pin sensing and into the solenoid valve feedback signal acquisition interrupt Subroutine,micro-controller to drive the SMS module to the first control SMS or farmer's mobile phone,send the solenoid valve switch state of the opening and closing information,to achieve accurate feedback solenoid valve valve opening and closing function.The data collector can detect the soil moisture and temperature according to the pre-set time interval,send it to the farmer's mobile phone in the form of the message,and the farmer can also send the soil moisture and the temperature inquiry message "query vwc? Temp ? ",The micro-control processor detects the correct message query string,enter the interruption of soil moisture query subroutine,the microcontroller to collect the data,the communication module automatically to the soil moisture,temperature numerical editing text messages sent to farmers,If the detected soil moisture exceeds the irrigation threshold,a message is sent to alert the farmer to stop the irrigation.Through the analysis of the results of the data acquisition test,it is found that the data collector can accurately collect the soil moisture,soil temperature and solenoid valve feedback signal while integrating the control function of the solenoid valve,while reducing the labor force of the farmers at the same time Irrigation systems save system costs.
