Research And Implement On The Key Technology Of Research-Oriented CMM Management Tools

The Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is a novel technology. It has brought great benefits and its importance is being recognized more and more. The research and practice has been proved that Software Developing Management System(SDMS) based on CMM is not only an important tool carrying out CMM, but also an important guarantee developing and providing the high quality software products. While the popular SDMS is designed for engineering-oriented software enterprises, it makes research-oriented software developing organization of Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) emerge lots of problems when they used them and fell it difficult to develop and manage software.In allusion to the problem above, this paper point out how to restrict IHL's software process and improve software capability, besides this I design aresearch-oriented Software Developing Management System based on CMM——Beast Software Department & Management System to control software's whole development flow, and improve IHL's capability maturity. This system introduces B/S design style, its function is very powerful, it contains Bug Management, Project management, Workmen management etc. and supports team development and remote development.The important part of this paper is the design of Software Developing Management System and the establishment of Bug Management, During the Development part I used a very poplar and advanced Apache+PHP+MySQL. The central part of this paper is to set up the Bug Evaluation Group. Through designing and carrying out the system of Bug Evalution and Management, the Institute Computer Science of National University Defence Technology restrict Bug Management and prove efficiency of software developing.
