The Study of Passive Location System is increasing in many country's weapon development projects, owing to the conventional Radar is often easy threatened by the electronic countermeasures and anti-radiation missiles. The Single Observer Passive Location System based on signal transmitted by the targets has more applications and more flexibilities than uncooperative broadcast signals based passive location system and bearing only multi-base observers passive location system. In this thesis, the technologies of Single Observer Passive Location System, such as basic theories, target tracking filters and the engineering method, are discussed based on the projects to improve the passive detection abilities of airborne radar warning receivers.The chapterl studies the background of the thesis, the development and the key technology of the Passive Location theory. The chapter2 gives out a method of Single Observer Passive Location based on the phase difference rate. The chapter3 gives out a Location method based on multi baselines interferometers in time bearing and distance detection system. The chapter4 introduces the experimentationof the projects. The thesis support by the projects to improve the passive detection abilities of the airborne radar warning receivers. The theory researching and algorithm demonstration, the hard ware debugging and the preparative test of the flight have been done. The flight test is waiting for. |
