Design And Application Of Remote Monitor And Control Of High Power Laser Process System

Laser process system is a set of process system based on three components: laser,light system,process machine , which has software system based on PLC controlling hardware equipment,having many application software and exactitude apparatus .And remote monitor and control software based on high power laser process system is a set of contra posing laser process system. The software resolve requirements of mender can not get condition of laser process system at the present time remotely, get data source of laser process system, so we apply technology and experience of remote monitor and control in industry,agriculture and education to advance a new idea in laser process system maintenance.First of all, the paper analyses the condition of traditional laser process system, although find it application steadily and fast, but about amending it self ,it have to ask for mender to come to the location. So the paper analyses the reasons of these limitation, and find final requirements of maintenance personnel in laser process system, and we connect theory and technology then design four modules by different function. Through achievements and experience of remote monitor and control technology in domestic and foreign, we discover a new remote monitor and control method in laser process system, the scheme has a detailed absolute frame, core frame and problems of software application, at last we build it by JAVA.In the system, based on requirements of maintenance personnel and user, we design four function modules: remote monitor module,control data module,video module and remote dialog module. Remote monitor module settles lacks of checking laser process system application status in remote places; control data module can watch current and old data in laser process system; video module gives maintenance personnel system pictures from camera; remote dialog module has an action of communication between maintenance personnel and user. At last software satisfy the requirements through these modules.Remote monitor and control is an important director in laser process system, it resolves many lacks of maintenance in laser process system, and decrease expense and time waiting for maintenance personnel, that makes maintenance personnel find the problems of laser process system with high-efficiency and rapidly in anywhere and any time.
