Research On The Communication Of Sci-tech Information In The Media In Sichuan-Chongqing Natural Disasters

Sichuan-Chongqing region is an important regional disaster area in southwestern of China. In recent years, the frequency of major natural disasters, such as floods, mudslides, droughts, and earthquakes have aroused widespread concern in the community. Technological information transfer can play a role of prediction, social stability and enhance public awareness in natural disasters. Therefore, strengthening dissemination of the information of science and technology in Sichuan-Chongqing natural disasters is a very urgent matter.The form of the technological information can be divided by audience demand, natural disasters, as well as the sources of technology information collection. The technological information in the natural disasters of Sichuan-Chongqing region often miscellaneously emerged in the information of fighting natural disasters and providing disaster relief, having the characteristics, such as the distribution of fragmented reports, biased towards agricultural science and technology information, as well as the less total information. These are not conducive to scientific and technological information to play its due role in natural disasters.In Sichuan-Chongqing natural disasters, the local media is the main force of dissemination of scientific and technological information and the field of media interviews related disasters is also an important complement. Because of this, just as communication skills, we can make use of the city media and ways to broaden the audience, at the same time cleverly set agenda for guiding the public opinion and leader and emphasize the use of the local media to open the situation in the dissemination of scientific and technological information in the natural disasters of Sichuan-Chongqing region.According to media which gets a major channel of scientific and technological information in a natural disaster, I divided the collecting ways into three categories in this article: professional research institutions or academies, administrative agencies, as well as science and technology magazines and the official website. However, in the process of collecting information in the media, the nature of the media itself and relevant agencies settings become the important factors which affect media's science and technology information collection. In the Sichuan-Chongqing natural disasters related to science and technology reports, scientific and technological information collection will focus on the social stability and people's life closely related to the public as well as scientific and technological knowledge of science and technology information.The limitations of collection and dissemination of scientific and technological information in the natural disasters of Sichuan-Chongqing region can be analyzed from three levels: On the macro level, which is the news "reporting nothing but good news" has traditional social psychology in China and government officials of "seeking" and "local protectionist "policies, as well as social factors such as the provisions of the law related to the concept level. On the middle level, the media do not have a strong scientific and technological capacity to communicate and not enough attention is the main influencing factors. On the micro level, the scientific literacy of the journalists and audience directly impacts on the way of the presentation of scientific and technical information as well as the communicative effect of the scientific and technological information.Through the research of collection and dissemination of scientific and technological information in disasters of Sichuan-Chongqing region, we can find out the new trails of collection and dissemination of scientific and technological information in the natural disasters plays a very important role in enhancing the effect of the spread of scientific and technological information and raising the people's scientific literacy.
