The Design And Realization Of The Information System For The Management Of University's Scientific Researches Based On Workflow

The institutions of higher learning are not only the relative centralism places for the human resources, but also they are the main strength for scientific efforts. The university scientific reserach management system software may enable university's scientific research management more standardized and make the decision-makings more scientific. This article researches on the developed strategies of the scientific research management information systems based on the work of flow technology from the higher universities. The designs conduct the researches with the work flow systems, meanwhile, taking some universities as the example, it designed and realized the university scientific research management systems based on the work flow.Firstly, this article has analyzed the selected topic backgrounds and the prime tasks. And then, taking some university as the example, it has carried on the analysis to the scientific research management information systems from the practices of some universities' scientific researches and the needs of the users, and the relative systematic functional modules have been established and the modles have been set up by using UML. The third part has clearly describled the work flow technology's concept, the work flow management system as well as the work flow management system models. It has stated the university scientific effort flow management systems, it has analyzed and modeled the university scientific effort flow management systems by using the work flow tools. The fourth part has realilzed some universities' scientific research management information systems which are on basis system of analysis and the design, the university scientific effort flow management system models as well as useing C/S and the B/S composite structure designs. Not only does the thesis research work provide the reliable theory and the technical basis for us in this domain's research work, but also it has laid certain foundations to further researches. Most important, it has certain application value.
