After entering in the20th century, steam turbine has been applied to steam turbine generating unit. With the improvement of steam turbine parameters and increase of capacity, traditional mechanical hydraulic control system can not to meet the current application requirements. DEH is a efficient control system with the developing of the computer technology. This paper study DEH of steam turbine control system and application in a project of dry gas and waste heat to generate electricity in Yongping refinery.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of DEH and take analyze and research about concept, principle and application of DEH and its regulatory function. At the same time, through further used transfer function theories to research the transfer function of rotating speed, load and heating control, this paper discusses the characters of DEH with math method. Then, it discusses the implementation of regulatory function in steam turbine such as rotating speed, load. And it shortly introduces some experiments before steam turbine starting, self-starting and automatic control function. What follows is introduction of regulation protective system of the turbine and researching this function. This paper finally introduces TD6000system that be used for DEH of steam turbine.Practices show that DEH control steam turbine safely and efficiently in the face of increasingly complex structure. TD6000is the support software of DEH and has the feature in good user interface. Therefore, TD6000is used for control of steam turbine and its function is realized.
