Effectively guarantee that data collection accuracy and stability of the entire system.Data Fusion is a multi-level and multi-layer data processing, Deal with the data of many sources with automatic detection, correlation, correlation, estimate and combination. Pipeline pressure on the overall on-line monitoring system design In this paper, Based on RS232 communication protocol design data acquisition system between upper-end computer and lower-end computer. Analyzed the composition and monitor principle, develop blue print of the system, upper-end computer took responsibility for sending and receiving, analyzing, processing and monitoring data, lower-end computer took responsibility for filtering and transmitting data.2.
