Along with the science and technology and the requirement of society development, the automation to the meteorological factor gathers and meteorological data saves and data handling have been put forward to the higher requirement. As the part that is used to gather the signal of atmospheric pressure, the piezoelectricity type resonance tube output a rectangular wave, and the rectangular wave's frequency will change with the atmospheric pressure, Meanwhile, the rectangular wave's frequency can be changed along with the change of the temperature. It will bring bigger inaccuracy and can not reach the requirement of system if the temperature factors are not considered in. We designed the intelligence atmospheric pressure sensor system for this.The hardcore of the system is P87LPC767 which is produced by PHILIPS and is compatible with 51-MCU, built-in OTP ROM, timing counter, 8-bit ADC, power monitor and WDT, etc, form the mini-system.Utilizing outer counter and timing counter in P87LPC767, the system can measure the Cyc of the output signal. The metrical error is less than 0.0013s and meets the requirement of the measure.With the build-in 8-bit ADC in P871PC767, we can measure the environmental temperature for revising the data.Utilizing nonlinear self-correcting technology, the period (frequency) of the atmospheric pressure and the temperature signal, the system makes the nonlinear revise for the sensor to measure the atmospheric pressure. The error is confined in 0. 3hPa meeting the requirement of the Chinese Weather Bureau .Possessing the serial communication interface-RS232, the intellectual atmospheric pressure sensor system is not only the atmospheric measuring subsystem in weather station but also only used in automatic weather station.
