With the rapid development of Internet, network information is not simply the pure text, multimedia information, such as images, video, sound etc, gradually occupies the main proportion of Internet. Internet users need to understand not only the traditional text information, but also the whole information content with the help of multimedia data. The development of Internet brings us great convenience, however, it also brings an increasingly prominent network and information security problems. Malicious destruction of the virus, spam, reactionary, violence, pornography and other undesirable content spread on the Internet, all these issues require the urgent solution. Traditional information security research only limits to network security and information security, it just guarantees information transmission safety, but did not detect and filter the content of the transmission, which is very dangerous. And we must strengthen the monitoring of network information content security. As for the above problems, the study of the network content security technology is of important theoretical and practical significance to promote the sound development of Internet applications. To this goal, this paper, based on ontological theory, presents a multimedia Web content security analysis framework. Firstly, we collect the field knowledge, extract and segment the sample targets. Secondly, according to the analysis of the information content of the need we establish internal relations to build the ontology model and thesaurus. Thirdly, in semantic analysis process, the concept property input as reasoning conditions, and based on the built ontology and the reasoning thesaurus related to the concepts of online information, the framework realizes the functions of discriminating the web content, filtering the undesirable resources and maintaining web content security. Experimental results on a large number of web page show that the system is feasible.
