At present, ontology construction technology has been widely used in education and other fields. The critical work of ontology construction is to obtain the concepts and the relationships between them, but, completely depend on artificial acquisition is a time-consuming job, greatly reduce the efficiency of ontology construction. Acquire the concepts and the relations between them automatically can effectively improve the efficiency of ontology construction.Wikipedia has the characteristics of area coverage, large amount of data, which will be backup its vast amounts of field data every 10 days or so, and offering free downloads interface of the backed-up database for users. The backed-up database of Wikipedia contains a large number of entry, links data, and so on. That is provides a structured data corpus for acquiring the domain concepts and the relations between them automatically.Network security is an important issue which is related to national security and sovereignty, social stability, national culture inheritance and development. With the development of big data and cloud computing that is depending on the on the internet platform, the importance of network security has been improved.Therefore, in this thesis, we analyzed the research status of Wikipedia, and then, design the domain concepts and concept relations extraction algorithm based on the backed-up database of Wikipedia, acquire the concepts and concept relations in network security field in it. In order to ensure the accuracy of the concepts and concept relations in network security field that have been got, we need to compare them with the concept and concept relations in computer network security course materials, modifying, adjusting and supplying them. Based on the work above, we build the network security course ontology.Ontology construction is the basis of ontology application, after building the network security course ontology, we design the network security course knowledge retrieval system by using ASP.NET + MySQL technology, and then, do the objective evaluation about the system.
