In recent years, the competition between worldwide Media Industry is getting more fierceness and crucial. Those transnational media group with its superiority resources keep on expanding their global domain. And the Media market of China is one of their top targets. Moreover, those media in China are also heading for group and industrialize. How can those media groups survive in this competitive environment and even making their scale and brand to be bigger and stronger? That's the main target of all media groups. According to my own experience working in Eastern Multimedia Group of Taiwan during last 10 years, I have found that the operation of brand and entries of Eastern Multimedia Group have made the group rapidly grew up from a small company with only 30 employees to a worldwide media group with 7000 employees within 17 years.In Chapter 3, I have pointed the importance of entries to media group and how did Eastern Multimedia Group effectually operate the entries from cable TV owner and channel provider to many different kind of products. In Chapter 4, I have stated the importance of brand to media group, and how did Eastern Multimedia Group develop their brand from a media company to a multimedia group. According to my research, we will see that there is a rule in the operation of Eastern Multimedia Group. They ontrol the entries first, then build the brand, use the brand to enlarge the scale of entries, then develop more brand, again and again...climbing up by standing on the basis of each other, in a pattern which I call it"the spiral of entries and brand interactive pattern". And the pattern is pushing the group getting bigger and stronger. And I have concluded it in Chapter 5.
