The high-speed line rolling wire&rod factory in Baosteel is a mill, which machine equipments are ushered from the American company of Morgan and the electricity equipments are ushered from the company of Sweden ABB. The automation control system of the machine is mainly constituted by the controller of AC450 produced by the company of ABB. Because the system without opening high-speed data communication, we can't result in the mass production data of the spot carry on on-line record and analyze. It brings inconvenience to the new product development and analyzing improvement when breakdown. And in the process of production, the loop equipment sometimes appears loop value waving, the persuade roller not extending, which making the line material size excrescent or causing cobble of the line material.This text introduces the process to build an automation control system outward of data platform based on carrying out the communication of TCP/ IP to connect the foundation in high-speed line rolling wire&rod factory in Baosteel. We carry on the research towards the cause of factor of stability of the loop equipment at the same time.Main research result of this text is as follows:1. We establish the new communication network structure of the system based on the original automation system of high speed wire and rod plant. According to the requirement of collecting the signal, we write the communication data form of AC450. We carried out the controller of AC450 outward of TCP/ IP high-speed communication connect by hardware configure and software programming in occupying the low communication burden. 2. Based on the effectively high-speed communication function and the configure of the data collecting station, we build up a set of valid date collecting and supervising system.3. We establish some function sub- systems of the whole foundation automation data platform ,including : the network receiving, the data analyzing, the data analysis , the supervision manifestation, the database operation, the data up spread etc. We built up the L1 data platform of high speed wire and rod plant and carry out the data communication function with system of IPC and L2.4. We study the AC450 software program of the control logic for loop equipment. We acquire the approximate mathematics model through the way of the curve approaching and carry on the verification. Through the research, we find out four factors of the cause of stability, including : the control parameter adjust, lives a set of scanner, the influence of the machine structures of the persuade roller and the control logic.Because the OCS system of the company ABB is extensive application in the automation realms, such as steel industry and the deckle industry...etc., the successful experience of this topic is also worthy of at other produce the on-line expansion application. Moreover the data build up in the item collects the foundation of the system up, make it possible to the further research and optimizing of the model about the produce process.
