| In mordern advanced manufactures,the technology of sheet metal flexible manufacture has already become one kind of the most important sheet metal manufactures. The main features of it are small mount but many samples, flexible technology and complicated manufacturing. So for it , if there is not a set of good CAD/CAM system to support it, it is very difficult to make full use of digital control equipments. Because the processing parameters, the applying criteria and the value of experience of commercial CAD/CAM system of sheet metal flexible manufacture is incomplete , it is very difficult to satisfy the producing application of the specialized factory.The most central question of CAD/CAM system of sheet metal flexible manufacture is manufacturing experience accumulated in sheet metal flexible, processing parameters and Applying criteria. The CAD/CAM system of sheet metal flexible referenced in this article is one developed independently based on KBE, the feature of sheet metal flexible of my company, the function of owned equipments and the owned background of project experience. It is special purpose one that corresponds to application of our company. It can perform the systematized operation of graphical processing, Unloading technology and Shaping technology of the products of sheet metal flexible manufacture. The mode of sheet metal flexible manufacture studied in this article consists of NClaser cutting machine, NC punching machine and NC bending machine. This article summarizes the accumulated knowledge, the expertise and the manufacturing criteria of manufacturing technology, NC laser cutting machine, NC punching machine and NC bending machine in practice. And through analyzing and processing for data, the recycle KBE technology build 4 functional modules which consists of CAD technology of technological design, CAM technology of NC laser cutting machine , CAM technology of NC punching machine and CAM technology of NC bending machine of our company. With this technology ,the whole framework of CAD/CAM system of sheet metal flexible manufacture of our company based on KBE is completely finished at last.the software system of the CAD/CAM system based on KBE mainly consists of FlexCAD–software of design and technology processing of sheet metal flexible manufacture, FlexPunch -- programming software of NC punching machine, FlexCut -- programming software of NC cutting machine and FlexBend–software of technology processing of NC bending machine. And this article introduces the utility of the whole system with combining with systematic function module of CAD/CAM already put into practice and user interfaces. |
