In recent years,with the development of economy and the equipment manufacturing industry,stamping molding technology of the defense industry and infrastructure construction in our country plays a very important role,for China's economic development and national defense construction play a role in promoting immeasurably.With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,also have higher requirements on production equipment,modern industrial production equipment toward the high-precision,intelligent,networking,digital direction.Our country existing stamping equipment monitoring and control system widely used PID control algorithm to design controller,but for the hydraulic system as complex strong nonlinear,time-varying system it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model,these are driving us to study and apply a new control algorithm to realize control of the press.A large amount of real time control of that person as reflected by its intellectual properties and robustness is generally the control algorithm can not reach.In this article main research logic control algorithm is applied in punching machine and implementation,through the simulated in mathematical and logical expression thought process as the main controller,control of the human thinking process applied to stamping.Based on 25 T punching machine as the research object,this paper studies the logic control strategy,using MATLAB/Simulink software platform design controller,combining with vc + + language to implement stamping equipment monitoring and control system.The main contents as follows:The first,the operating system on the basis of the design needs to consider the convenience of humanized design,design content including punching machine mechanical structure,electric circuit,the control system.In the mechanical structure part of the main content is to fuselage structure design and structure strength check.Electric circuit design includes power supply circuit design and sensor selection.Include the control system design of function module partition and control process.The second,the programming to realize to control system,the content mainly includes three parts: telecommunication system programming and implementation;Lower machine control programming;Remote monitoring system of programming realization.The third,using the logical control theory of control algorithm simulation with MATLAB/simulink software platform,the simulation when found some problems in the design of the control algorithm,and proposed the improvement method,speeding up the system response speed.Compared with PID control algorithm has shorter regulating time and less overshoot.At the same time solve the control performance of stability,the contradiction of constrained faster and more accurateThe fourth,combined with the actual equipment for remote communication system,pressure control of the displacement control and on-site commissioning.The logic control algorithm was successfully applied in punching machine control.
