Optimization And Realization Of Export Processing Zone Custom Supervise Goods Information System

Export Processing Zone is being developed rapidly in China.In order to speed up importing/exporting, and to strengthen customs's management, it is urgent to optimize the original logistic management business process. This paper focused on the study of business process reengineering and workflow technology theories, and optimized the management process of both enterprise and customs ending. This paper also implemented Export Processing Zone Custom Supervise Goods Information System which has reasonable and referencable process.The result and main contents of this paper includes:1. Analized original business process on unit level, task level and behavior level. Indicated the bottleneck of low importing/exporting speed is the separation of enterprise data and customs data, and the separation of customs recording data and entry data.2. Optimized 4 business processes which are goods entering, goods returning, goods transfering in zone and goods transfer returning in zone, temporary entering/out zone process. Setup verndor, material and enterprise-vendor-material information to replace repeat recording. Setup intranet to chang the status of data separation.3. Analized and implemented the information system of 4 business process. Use VB.net as development language, and use SQL Server DTS to implement the interface system of SAP system, e-Purchaing system in enterprise with Export Processing Zone Custom Supervise Goods Information System.4. Summarized the improvement and development directions of business process and information system of export processing zone.This system is arrived at the expected objective of speeding up importing/exporting and strengthening customs's management in real application.
