The customer includes consumers and retail stores, by providing web service with hand phones and other devices for consumers, the system provides consumers for retail services with web browse, adopts various questionnaire that have prizes to attract consumers; The system mainly provides self-help service of business for the retail stores,also provides ordering cigarette on net, submitting data and inquiring some statistical results. The CRM system of Shanghai Tobacco Trade Center is established at an operation system based on J2EE standard, it implements on a service oriented architecture and can handle complicated business availably. The SOA is layer-type, so it is stable and easy to renew and expand.This text researches the CRM system of Shanghai Tobacco Trade Center, provides a new theories support for the information-based development of Shanghai Tobacco Trade Center and provides a suitable technique application mode for the development of information-based of Shanghai Tobacco Trade Center.
