With the rapid development of information technology, the emergence of information portal has brought much convenience to the users. By integrating a wide range of portal resource into a single information portal, it has also embodied the feature of being personalized and single-point login. The user can obtain a variety of information resource and service from this portal. However, the traditional aggregation technology has increasingly failed to satisfy the rapid development of the Internet. Firstly, existing methods to build information portals pay little attention to the individual needs of users. Secondly, although the information portal can make various resources available to the user, the building of information portal must integrate a great amount of heterogeneous application and resource that has been scattered widely, which is seen as a complex and demanding task. What is more, if the resource of other portals can be reused effectively, it will be able to increase efficiency of building information portal and reduce development costs. In this paper, demand aggregation issues facing information portal web resources, we propose a service-oriented, user-driven information portal polymerization method, the effective use of information resources to help users from different portals to quickly build a new information portal. This paper focuses on the theory and techniques related Web information extraction method, and service-oriented on-demand package. The main content and innovative point of the paper will be presented as follows.1. Web page information on-demand extraction method is proposed. Traditional web extraction technology lack of consideration of the needs of individual users. Hence, this paper will analyze the structure of web page information and also seek to make the improvement by combining with the existing information extraction model and relevant technologies. This paper has also come up with the technology of service encapsulation targeted at the information of the web page. The user can according to their individual needs, using the mouse to extract range delineation, visualization of the information needed to locate and extract web page to achieve on-demand web information extraction.2. For shielding the heterogeneity of Web resources on the data formats and access methods, this paper has introduced the data service model. The Web resource extraction will be encapsulated in a standard manner, data services through a unified center for data management and maintenance services to help users efficiently facilitate search and discovery services needed and the access mode to lend great support to the data aggregation.3. Visualization of data service aggregation and interface layout method is proposed. At the user end, the user can define the aggregation mode according to his need. The configuration of the service to be aggregated can be completed in simple visual layout operations rather than coding. Aggregated data services after the call, it will form a new information portal, portal resources so as to achieve the purpose of reuse.4. Based on the web page information extraction and aggregation algorithm, this paper has designed and realized the extraction module of visual data, the encapsulation module of service and the aggregation module of data service as well as developed the aggregation tool of information tool.
