With the development of computer network technology and the gradually deeping of enterprise informationization, the sharing and exchange of information which is between enterprise, among the various departments within the enterprise, the same enterprise in different areas, are becoming more and more frequent. However, there exist difficulties in information exchange and information sharing among various systems due to a big gap in the informationization, process and extent among different enterprises. In the modern development of network technology, how to carry on information sharing and information exchanging between the information systems effectively and safely , has become the key problem of each enterprise which must be solved in its informationization advancement.This article considers the problems that data transfer faces, the speed and the secure of the data exchange and analyzes some existing main solutions in the data transfer aspect of heterogeneous distribution system, and on the basis of deeply studying JSM and XML technology, proposes a fast and safe data exchange model. This model uses XML as the middle form of data transfer to achieve the data exchange and the conversion of heterogeneous data sources, and use the SUN Corporation's JMS heterogeneous message handling mechanism as the message middleware to accomplish the exchange and transmission of data among the application systems. Then several cores parts of this model and their achievement are detailed introduced and the key problems of this model in several core parts have been solved, including mutual data conversion between XML documents and heterogeneous data sources containing relational database and EXCEL documents, message transmission based on JMS distributional application system . Finally, it provides some application examples of this model and makes a comprehensive consideration of this model's future research and improvement. Work instruction is described concretely in order to perfect the practicality and extension of this model.
