Along with the different power density of incident light, the reciprocity of laser and mental can be able to bring the phenomenon such as temperature rising, melting, gasifying and so on. Temperature field is the one of the most important respects of laser-heated mental. The research of temperature field is of profound theoretical and practical significance for the study and application of laser highly processed, laser heat treatment and laser weapon.The laser mental treatment temperature field change with time and place, so there is a hard ongoing testing of the changing temperature. In the past research of theory always adopt analytic solution can be get only with the ideal model and can't takes account of the temperature-dependence of the thermal physical parameters.The finite element method is used to calculate the temperature field in the laser heat treatment and it can take account of the temperature-dependence of the thermal physical parameters. The result shows as the transient temperature field distribution of upper and below surface and the temperature curve change with time in the center of the spot. An analyst of conditions, such as wave, radius of spot, time, absorption coefficient etc, affecting laser mental treatment temperature field can be make. The conclusion makes a useful effort for laser highly processed/laser heat treatment.
