Beam quality in the process of interaction between laser and material had a greater influence on the results of the study.But due to the reasons such as the complex propagation environment and so on,which causes the phenomenon of the wave front distortion in the process of laser transmission,lead to actual significant changes to the laser energy distribution and the error.In view of the actual energy distribution of laser,this article is based on the finite element method to study the array type energy distribution which was applied to the numerical simulation method,and the comparative analysis of the method with the numerical simulation of laser irradiation alumina material was done.Firstly,the paper has carried on the thermal analysis of interaction between laser and material.Secondly,on the basis of heat transfer theory,this paper traverse the energy distribution of laser array type numerical simulation method,and established the numerical simulation model of millisecond pulse laser irradiation of alumina materials.Finally,to realize the simulation method,the laser measurement system is established,the article studies the corresponding method to get the actual energy distribution of laser and laser spot actual energy distribution measurement,which based on the laser array type energy distribution simulation method of finite element theory to develop the corresponding software.Then,the numerical simulation with the even Gaussian distribution type and actual uneven distribution type laser energy array irradiate the alumina have been studied.This paper obtained different time temperature distribution images and data respectively under the two simulation conditions,and which has carried on the comparative analysis of the results.This paper puts forward that the numerical simulation method and research the corresponding numerical simulation software,for studying the thermal effect of laser irradiation materials and improving the efficiency of scientific research has important guiding significance.
