The paper we established metal and semiconductor materials modal under continuous laser radiation based on the research the states of internal materials temperature field.we used numerical simulate method---finite different method to solve the one-dimensional and two-dimensional temperature field. We study the impact on temperature distribution in the material when the thermal properties of the material change according to the temperature using finite different method. We simulate the temperature distribution of under continuous laser radiation metal material and conduction material with MATLAB tool software.We established one -dimensional and two -dimensional model of metal and semiconductor material respectively, wrote implicit scheme of 1-D difference equation and alternating direction implicit scheme of 2-D difference equation. We analysis the impact on temperature distribution according different parameters of laser and target material through the numerical simulate material temperature model with different thermal parameters.
