In recent years, the wireless laser communication system combines smart microwave technology and abundance bandwidth optical fiber communication, so it attracts much and develops gradually, particularly in satellite communication and fast ground communication. Its application prospect is very prosperous. The principle and constitution of wireless laser communication system was introduced in this dissertation According to the domestic and foreign correlative research results, a received subsystem of digital video transmission system based wireless laser communication was researched. This dissertation chooses received directly system, at the same time makes the simple introduction to the heterodyne receiver, and then carries on the preliminary analysis on optical antenna. Based the process of signal transmission, it introduces design process and the scheme of each part in details. This dissertation attempts to demodulate the Pulse Position Modulation (PPM) .It discusses the theories about this technology and makes simulation. In order to meet the subsequent renewed need, A Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) which has surplus logic array and supports the in-system programming was chosen in this subsystem. The download cable can be used to modify the existing demodulation easily. After the trial with the transmitted subsystem, it confirmed that this system is feasibility.
