The lasing wavelength of semiconductor laser diode is a very important parameter. In order to control wavelength shift in use, temperature control system is added in driving circuit, and all kinds of factors which affect wavelength shift in the preparation and packaging process are ignored.Combined the theory and experiment, the factors which affect the peak wavelength have been analyzed in the preparation and packaging process, especially in the manufacturing process of heatsink. and an applicable improved idea is presented that decreases lasing wavelength by 0.3nm or so, the stability of wavelength and reliability of semiconductor laser diode are improved in some degrees, which make sense for practical production.
