Along with the market competition intensifies, how to keep old client, develop new client, it is a new problem enterprise faced. And it is also a problem CRM (Client Relationship Manage) faced.Vehicle distribution enterprise have to establish and maintain a long-term, better partnership between enterprise and customers, and have to maintain clients' resources, win customer confidence, analytical customer's needs and provide satisfactory customer service. They have to deeply understand customers and their purchase behavior through management customer information by DW, DM.This thesis bases on the data warehouse system's physical and logical framework, analyzes the data warehouse's data organization and related technology in the data warehouse system, then we have established the data warehouse system which vehicle after-sale service subject oriented. And this thesis draws the detail designation and realization on the data warehouse multi-dimension data sets binding with new data warehouse modling technology. Using SQL Server 2000 in the multi-dimensional data sets, solution the multidimensional data structure model conveniently. Analyzes the principle of the OLAP and multi-dimension's conception,structure, method, Using SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services component in the development of OLAP systems, designed service records of multidimensional data sets. Using Microsoft Office Web Components (OWC) to performance data of multi-dimensional data sets,then analyze the multi-dimension.Vehicle distribution enterprise have to deeply understand their customers and their purchase behavior through management customer information by DW and DM, shorten the sales cycles, reduced marketing costs, provide more personalized service for their customers.
