In the course of education reform, more attention are paid either on high education or on middle and primary one while middling vocational education is seldom focused on. With a deep and detailed information collection and study the learning features of vocational school's students,the author tried to do some research on the learning website from the viewpoint of middling vocational school. Applying the modern instructional theories and the learning theories of constructivism, aiming at changing teachers' teaching ideas and cultivating students' accomplishments of information and creation, this article has discussed the teaching process of the course-C Language Program Design-one of the basic computer courses in our school, developed the special subject teaching website fitted with the course, set up a series of evaluating standard to the website, evaluated it's effect.The research is to explore a new teaching mode, to suit the demands of teaching and studying in information age,to cultivate students' accomplishments of information. The article discussed from five parts such as project summarizing, theories foundation, design and practicing, effect evaluation in practice, conclusion and experience.The first part of the thesis discusses the overview of the project,analyzed its background, object, meaning, present situation and existent problems.The second part of the thesis discusses the theories of carrying out the teaching website. The teaching design theory of constructivism is the guidance to design the website. The integration of information technology points out the direction of the elementary education reform. Evaluate teaching website theory provides backbone for setting up the website evaluation standards.The third part of the thesis discusses how to design and carry out the C language subject teaching website. From the angles of the overall thoughts, teaching design, structure design, we explore the procedure of the design and development of the subject teaching website.The fourth part of the thesis mainly discusses how to evaluate the website teaching effect, introduces the characteristic, content, measures of subject specific teaching website, establishes the evaluation standards of it, and evaluates its effect by the standards.The last part of the thesis discusses some conclusions and experience.
