"The logistics information system of measure and quality " is based upon MOM , which is designed for JiGang's information construction (which focus ERP as the core technology), and logistics management .According to the actual organizational structure and the basis of the information of JiGang, this system concludes three major subsystems: 1 corresponding to ERP module, using "the enter-factory logistics system";2, in order to meet the needs of the factory logistics management and online clearing, employing the "inner-factory logistics system"; 3,to meet the demand of controlling of total products, using "out-factory logistics system". The design of "out-factory logistic system" reserves the link interface for ERP Treasury ManagementThis paper will describe the design and implementation of these three subsystems in detail. The point will focus on the rational design of business processes, The design of the uplink and downlink ERP interface, and the processing of the data anomalies; The "inner-factory logistics system" highlights the process of inner-factory iron allocation and the unmanned design of "Truck-weighing equipment" "out-factory logistics system" is designed to highlight the sale processes and the ERP downlink interfaceThe system takes high compatibility middleware "iPush" as message information transmitted platform, using XML format as the message carrier, which shields the difference of the network hardware platform and avoid the heterogeneity between the operating system and network protocol. IPush supports two message transmitting models named the publication / subscribe (Pub / Sub) and point-to-point(P2P) which ensure that the data can be transmitted actively, completely ,credibly and in real-time. The data from client initiatively go into "iPush" when the network disruption happens; data is stored in local PC. When network restores, the client automatically connected network, the stranded data will sent to iPush. By using the iPush the data integrity can be protected in maximize.
