Based on the detailed analyses Web development technology background and current status for the project,home and abroad,this paper presents the major issue that must be solved and presents the whole system descriptions.Further more,it gives the detailed requirement analyses and system architecture.To illustrate some topical samples are used to show how system modules are designed and implemented.In this paper,the following key issues are solved:On professional layer:First,resolve the problem of province bureau to inspect motor vehicle insurance information that belong to dependency units real time.Second,shorten the time of query,statistic and report table formed.Improve the quality and work efficiency. Third,improve the finance management,raise veracity,reduce fund to payout.Have social and economical beneficial result.Fourth,the system implement certificate of insurance management and accident management.On the technology layer:First,adopt MD5 password encrypt and validate code technology,implement all class and all users to logon saftly.Second,implement all class and all users to management on authority.Third,implement the function of perfect data maintenance,implement multi-condition query and statistic can also export the result to a native computer,use for analyse history data and reduce many kind table to meet vary requirement.Fourth,adopt Asynchronous JavaScript and XML(Ajax) resolution,improve the tree structure work efficiency greatly.
